 To an extension refusing the call (DND Override)

 Changing the dialling mode (Pulse to Tone Conversion)

To access services such as computer telephone services, Voice Mail, etc., that require a tone, you 
can temporarily change the dialling mode from Pulse to Tone.

This feature is not available for an ISDN telephone user.
