A voice message can be recorded by an Operator or the Manager if required. (Please refer
to "3.2.2

Recording Outgoing Messages.")

The alarm rings three times (30 seconds each) at 60-second intervals (Default).

•

There is no limit for the number of the extensions who can set the alarm at the same time.

•

SMDR (Station Message Detail Recording) records the detailed Timed Reminder
information and prints it out automatically when the Timed Reminder starts and it is
answered or not answered. This can be enabled or disabled by System Programming.

•

If the daily alarm is set, the display shows "*" beside AM/PM.
