Storing Caller List Information in the
Directory
You can store numbers that are in the Caller List in the directory.
Make sure the handset is in the standby mode.

Lift the handset off the base unit and
press

to enter the Caller List.

caller you want to store in the directory.

Directory full
” in step 3, the display will return to
step 2. Press

to exit the list. To erase other stored items
from the directory, see page 38.

You cannot store caller information in the directory if a phone number is not
displayed.
