Leaving a message waiting indication (Message Waiting)

To leave a message waiting indication

To leave/cancel a message waiting indication

If the other extension is busy or does not answer your
call, you can leave a message waiting indication
(MESSAGE button light turns on and/or indication tone is
emitted when going off-hook) on that extension. This
prompts the other extension user to call you back.

Press MESSAGE.
