all Hold – Outside Line

Description

Allows the extension user to put an outside call on hold. The held
call can be retrieved by the user who held it or by any other
extension.

Conditions

• With a standard telephone, the user can hold only one call whether it is

an extension or outside call.

• Music is sent to the party on hold, if available (Music on Hold).
• If a call on hold is not retrieved in a specific period of time, Hold Recall

is emitted.

• If an outside party is placed on hold and not retrieved within 30

minutes, it is automatically disconnected.
