Note:

When replacing the toner cartridge, be sure to seal
the used toner cartridge in a plastic bag or other
container so that toner does not spill out of it.

When replacing the colour drum cartridge, hold the
green lever using your left hand same as installing it.

Waste disposal method
Waste material should be disposed of under conditions
which meet all national and local environmental
regulations.
Toner save feature
If you want to reduce toner consumption, set the toner
save setting to ON (feature #482 on page 60). The toner
cartridge will last approximately 40 % longer. This
feature may lower the print quality.
1.6 Recording paper
The standard input tray unit can hold:

Up to 250 sheets of 75 g/m

To use letter or legal-size paper, change the
recording paper size setting (feature #380 on

Pull the standard input tray (

place, then pull it completely out, lifting the front part
of the tray.

Before loading a stack of paper, fan the paper to
prevent paper jams.
