R Line
Used to seize a line in order to make or receive a call. The color of each key’s indicator shows the
status of the line.

Slow Flashing "Line On Hold"
R A call is on hold.
Quick Flashing "Incoming Call" or "Recall"
R A call (including Hold Recall) is being received.
Name or number of caller
R A call to a shared line is being received.
Red On In Use
R A shared line is in use or a call is on private hold at
another unit.
Slow Flashing "Line On Hold"
R A shared line is on hold at another unit.
Off — Free
R The line is idle.
R ACD[Login]/ACD[Wrap Up]
