This feature is useful for sending the same document to selected parties whose telephone numbers are stored
in the One-Touch Dial or EASY DIAL directory. You must programme the desired parties into one of the
BROADCAST keys (One-Touch Dial key 1, 2, 3 or 4).

Before programming, make sure that the desired telephone numbers have been stored in the One-Touch Dial
or EASY DIAL directory.

Each BROADCAST key can be used as a One-Touch Dial key or as a broadcast key. These functions cannot
be used at the same time.
Programming telephone numbers into the BROADCAST
keys

If you make a mistake while programming,

, and make the correction.

Confirm the stored numbers by printing a
broadcast list (p. 119).
