Troubleshooting
If you experience any trouble while using this product, refer to the following
information for basic troubleshooting. If the trouble persists, contact your technical
support representative.
The unit does not
charge. R The unit is not properly inserted. Make sure it is
inserted properly (page 12).
R The AC adaptor is not connected to the power
outlet. Connect it.
R The bus connector terminals are dirty. Clean the
terminals.
R The power may be off. Turn the power on
(page 10).
Charging ends quickly
or does not occur at all. R The battery may be worn out. Replace the battery
with a new one.
