Job Spool Feature

Allows print jobs to be saved to the printer’s internal hard drive with printer drivers in Windows.
With this feature users can check a document prior to printing multiple copies (Check and Print),
save frequently used documents for instantaneous printing (Memory Print), and save confidential
documents requiring the user to enter a password to begin the printing process (Confidential Print
- PCL printer driver only).

Status Display

A window displayed on the user’s monitor provides useful information on the printer’s status while
printing a job. This includes error messages, recovery information, remaining supplies, loaded
paper, color calibration, and network connectivity. In addition, remote notification of error
conditions and low supplies is provided.
