Deleting titles

(You cannot delete titles on finalised discs.)

• A title cannot be restored once it is deleted.

Make certain before proceeding.

• You cannot delete while recording or copying.

•

When a recorded title is deleted the available disc space will
increase by the amount deleted.

•

Disc space increases only when the last recorded title is deleted.

•

Available space does not increase after deletion.

Preparation

• Turn on the television and select the appropriate AV input to suit

the connections to this unit.

• Turn the unit on.
• Insert the disc (

16).

•

Release protection (

35, Setting the protection).

While stopped

Press [FUNCTION MENU].

Press [

] to select “Delete” and

press [OK].

Press [

] to select the title

and press [OK].

You can confirm the titles that you have selected using the
option menu.
• Refer to option menu operations for the “Title View” (

step 3).

Press [

] to select “Delete” and

press [OK].

The title is deleted.

To return to the previous screen

Press [RETURN].

To exit the screen

Press [EXIT].

While playing

Press [DELETE ].

Press [

] to select “Delete” and
