Operation mode

i AUTO-X :

The fast cooling is ideal when you come home on a hot day.

COOL

:

Provides ef

fi

cient comfort cooling to suit your needs.

DRY

:

Unit operates at low fan speed to give a gentle cooling operation.

nanoe-G in-

fi

 lter deactivation

Depending on the unit’s accumulated operation time, nanoe-G in-

fi

lter deactivation may be activated only

once a day after the unit is turned off.
To remove the moisture left in the internal parts, the fan will operate for 30 minutes with the

fl

 ap opened

slightly. This process is only applicable when the unit is operated in COOL/DRY mode before turned off.

Then, nanoe-G deactivates viruses/bacteria on the

fi

lter for 2 hours with the fan stopped and

fl

 ap closed.

Do not turn off the power supply during this operation. After power failure, this operation will not resume.

DUST SENSOR function

• Depending on the level of particles detected by the dust sensor, nanoe TECHNOLOGY is optimally

controlled to purify the air, thus creating a clean room environment.

• This feature is automatically turned ON when unit is operated. It is turned OFF if nanoe TECHNOLOGY

is turned ON manually.

• During the initialization (when unit is turned ON or nanoe TECHNOLOGY is turned OFF manually), the

dust sensor indicator turns RED for 20 seconds.

• If the dust sensor detects a high level of particles, the dust sensor indicator turns RED and nanoe

TECHNOLOGY turns ON.

• If the dust sensor detects a low level of particles, the dust sensor indicator turns WHITE and nanoe

TECHNOLOGY turns OFF.

Energy saving temperature setting

Operating the unit within the recommended temperature range may save energy.

COOL:

26.0 °C ~ 28.0 °C / 79 °F ~ 82 °F.

Air

fl

 ow direction

In COOL/DRY mode:

If AUTO is set, the

fl

ap swings left/right and up/down automatically.

In i AUTO-X mode:

If AUTO is set, the horizontal

fl

 ap is

fi

xed at the lower position and shift to the upper position after

reaches set temperature. If manual is set, the horizontal

fl

 ap and vertical

fl

 ap are

fi

 xed at the

predetermined position.

Auto restart control

If power is resumed after a power failure, the operation will restart automatically after a period of time

with previous operation mode and air

fl

 ow direction.

• This control is not applicable when TIMER is set.
