5. Removal of Upper Cover

1. Loosen 3 hex. screws (D) so that the Upper cover

can be removed.

6. Removal of CRT Unit

1. Disconnect the CN102 on SUB 1 board.

2. Disconnect the CN263 on SUB 3 board.

3. Disconnect the CN301 on MAIN board and

“Anode Connector” so that the CRT Unit (with

LENS pipe) can be removed.

NOTE: If “GASKET” is deteriorated, replace “it”.

4. Unscrew 3 screws (E), (F) so that the CRT Unit

can be removed from LENS pipe.

CAUTION: Do not wipe the surface of reflecting mirror

installed in LENS pipe because the mirror is coated.

To clean the mirror, blow dust.

NOTE: If “LENS PIPE GASKET” is deteriorated,

replace “it”.
