Access the lock through the app
● Stand-Alone Mode
○ Both the access time and the user name keeps in the audit trail.
● Link Mode
○ The lock will be opened via the Link if the Link is functional. Also, you can
access the lock via the Bluetooth when it is in connection or the Link is out of
work.
○ Both the access time and the user name keeps in the audit trail.
● All the failed access will generate a lock jammed audit trail.
Permissions
● The owner can manage the user right to a lock after lock pairing, and all the settings
will keep in Kapture Cloud. The inviter can set an account for a user role by inviting,
and an account can be invited once. The email ID is needed as an invitee. The
invitee can be invited via the email to receive an invitation mail or a mobile phone
number to receive an SMS.
● Inviter can invite or cancel permission when the Kapture app is connected with the
internet.
● There are two user roles that can choose: Family or Guest. The Family has much the
same user rights as the Owner, excluding removing the lock, adding a Link, removing
themselves and Owner.
● Three types of Guest’s permissions:
○ Always
■ Set a start date and a due date, however, a due date can be ignored.
○ Re-occurring
■ Set a start date and a due date, however, a due date can be ignored.
In the meantime, set a weekly schedule by days, and up to a period
per day.
○ Single access pass
■ Set a start date and a due date, however, a due date can be ignored.
In the meantime, the user can access once.
