Common Questions

I am trying to synchronize messages on my device with messages on
my computer, but it’s not working.

On your computer, check the

advanced account settings

for the account you want. Make sure that

the box is checked that allows you to synchronize messages on your device with messages on
your computer.

My vCard or vCal email attachment isn’t forwarding correctly.

Palm

Desktop software provides several features that work with email client software on a

Windows computer. For these features to work correctly, the email client software must be
properly set up. Follow these steps to check the settings:

Click Start on your computer, and then select Settings.

Select Control Panel.

Select Internet Options, and then click the Programs tab.

Make sure that the email field is set to the correct email client software.

Click OK.

Start the email client software and make sure it is configured as the default MAPI client.

Consult the documentation for your desktop email application for more information.
