2.3 Placing the log rack in the working position
1. Place the machine on an even and
solid foundation and adjust it to the
correct height using the legs (1). The
log rack is at the suitable height when
the feed rollers (2) are approximately 5
cm higher than the firewood
processor's input conveyor (3).
2. Check the feed roller alignment. The
feed rollers must be lined up with the
firewood processor's input conveyor
(3).
1. When using a hydraulic feed roller,
which is available as an accessory,
connect its hoses to the quick
couplings on the machine (1). The
hydraulic feed roller activates when the
firewood processor's input conveyor is
operated. If the feed roller rotates in
the wrong direction, reverse the hoses.
