2 Provide the following information along with the equipment
you're returning:
•
Your company name, address, and the name of the person
whom we can contact in case we have any questions.
•
The same Purchase Order Number you gave us when you
requested your RMA number.
•
A description of the equipment, as well as the number of
units you're returning to us. Don't forget to include the
model and part number of each unit.
•
Shipping address so that we can return your equipment to
you.
3 So we can determine why you're sending the equipment to us, let
us know which of the following applies to you:
•
The equipment needs an ECO/ECN upgrade.
•
The equipment is defective.
Please tell us what you observed just before
the equipment malfunctioned. Be as detailed
in your description as possible.
•
If there's another reason for returning the equipment, please let
us know what it is so we can help you.
4 Pack the equipment in a shipping carton.
5 Write clearly on the outside of the carton, PairGain’s address and
the assigned Return Material Authorization Number:
