Slide the HLU-819 into the guide rails of any of the open 28 slots on the
shelf (

Push the unit back until it touches the backplane card-edge connector and
is firmly seated. Once the HLU-819 is in place, it is automatically
configured as an LTU which displays on the maintenance terminal
console screens.
