R3 installation
Remove the 4 screws at the top
of each corner of the lightbox.
If you wish to maximize your shooting surface, you can also remove the PackshotCreator R3 360 turntable.
Take the top wall off.
Lift the Plexiglas panels up.
Lift the side walls and the front
door up.
STEP 1 : REMOVING THE LIGHTBOX WALLS

Connect the lightbox to
your computer using the
USB cable. Connect the
lightbox to the power outlet
with the power cable.

Use the #24 wrench to
adjust the leg height. Start
by loosening the top nut.

Rotate the bottom nut to
adjust the leg height. To
lock the height, fix the top
nut against the bottom of
the lightbox.

Connect the camera to your computer through the mini-USB
cable.
To use the Open Camera mode, connect the camera to your
lightbox through the shutter release cord.

Launch the system on by turning the
switch on.

Launch the PackshotCreator R3
software.
Before starting your shooting, make
sure to calibrate your turntable. To do
so, from the software interface, click on
the 3D icon at the top right of the
screen. On the new window, click on
Turntable calibrate and follow onscreen
instructions.

Make sure your computer meets the system requirements mentionned above.

To install the software, insert the installation CD into your computer.

During installation, put the required serial number and follow the instructions
until installation is complete.

Note :
Instead of using batteries for your camera, we recommend
using a AC power adaptor to power your camera.
Note :
The lightbox can be put on whells so that it can be moved more easily. To do so, lift all four legs up.
