MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE FOR SERVICE
MAINTENANCE DAILY WEEKLY ANNUALLY
Check power cord for damage. Do not operate unit if damage is found

Check grip face of pad driver to inspect for wear or debris. Replace if
needed
X
If equipped with dust control option, check vacuum hose and cuffs for
damage or wear
X
After operating, wipe machine down with a damp cloth to remove dust and
debris
X
Make sure pad is on pad driver at all times, even during transport and stor-
age
X
Clean off the motor and the base of the machine with a vacuum to prevent
dust build-up
X
Replace all of the isolators
X
Replace the bearing assembly
X
These maintenance procedures must be performed with the machine off and unplugged from a wall outlet. Make sure to read all safety
instructions prior to performing maintenance.
