Attaching long side panels to the seat panel

on their sides with the arrows facing down.

Attach long side panels (G) to the seat panel 

(K) 

with washers (EE) and 

bolts (BB)

 

using hex wrench (HH).

Flip the assembled seat and long panels over so that the arrows are 
facing up.
