We encourage you to protect your investment by keeping proof of purchase documents in
a safe place to support the 1-Year Limited Warranty you receive with your new Pacific Bay
water pump.
1-Year Warranty:
Pacific Bay warranties that this water pump will be free from defects in material andworkmanship
that may compromise functionality for 1 year from the date of purchase by the original consumer
purchaser.
Who is Covered:
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid if used properly. Proper use is
defined as using the water pump as recommended for use of pumping water with the use of a filter.
Proper use also means that the product was not physically damaged from abuse by the purchaser.
This includes dropping, crushing, or submerging product in water.
This warranty does not apply to a purchaser’s personal visual preferences, such as the color of the
water pump, size, weight, etc.
Water Pump Manufacturing Defects Include:
· Any physical flaw in the water pump that causes the material to evidence degradation, split, or
crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
Water Pump Manufacturing Defects DO NOT Include:
· Faults in the cosmetic appearance, such as slight variation of design or color.
· Cosmetic changes that naturally occur over time, including natural blemishes on the water pump.
· Water pumps that may have been soiled, dampened, burned, stained, or otherwise abused.
· Appearance of mold on and/or infestation with insects due to improper and unsanitary care.
Voiding of Warranty:
The following cases may void any and all warranties:
· Leaving the water pump in prolonged direct sunlight.
· Using a filtering tool that is not compatible with the water pump.
Warranty Performance
In the case of a manufacturing defect in a component of the water pump, we may elect to repair or
replace the component rather than replace the entire water pump, and we reserve the sole and
complete discretion over that election. If we elect to replace the water pump or component, we will
replace it with the model, version, color, or style available at the time of replacement, which may be
different in certain respects than the original. There may be a shipping fee associated with warranty
repairs or replacement (this fee will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Pacific Bay). To begin
a warranty claim, write to Pacific Bay explaining the defect and include proof of purchase, your
