Connections to your FOXTEL PDR
The connection diagram is shown on page 65.
WARNINGS
Always disconnect your FOXTEL PDR from the power supply before
you connect it to (or disconnect it from) any other equipment
.
The only way to disconnect your FOXTEL PDR from the power supply is
to remove the power lead. Your FOXTEL PDR must therefore be installed
near to the power point, which should be easily accessible.
The supplied power lead has a 2-way connector at one end and a plug
at the other. You should always insert the 2-way connector into your
FOXTEL PDR
before
you insert the plug into the power supply.
Do not connect the plug to the power supply until you have made
ALL the other connections.
Your FOXTEL PDR operates with a 240V AC, 50Hz power supply.
Do not connect it to a DC power supply.
If you are in any doubt about the power lead, its plug or its connection,
consult a qualified electrician.
