Spark Plug Gap All Models: 0.7 ~ 0.8mm (0.28” ~ 0.32”)

We recommend checking the spark plug after every 25 hours of use and replacing once
a year.

Allow the engine to completely cool.

Remove the spark plug HT lead cap (1) to expose the spark plug (2).

Using a spark plug spanner (3), remove the spark plug (4).
7.13
Inspect and clean the spark plug electrode, making sure there is no damage to the
insulator or electrode.
7.14
If there is any damage or wear to the spark plug, replace immediately.
7.15
Using a feeler gauge, check the spark plug gap.
The plug gap should be 0.70mm to 0.80mm, carefully adjust the plug gap by bending
the side electrode.
