Troubleshooting
Before contacting the authorised professional, the following should be checked.

Inspection
The Aqualine unit is cold and
the water does not warm up.
Problem with power
supply.
Check that the unit is plugged in
and power is switched on.
Check fuses and the residual-
current circuit breaker relay.
The power supply is OK but
the unit is still cold and the
water does not heat up.
The thermal cut-out has
triggered.
Switch off power and reset the
thermal cut-out. Switch on power
again.
The power supply is OK. The
unit is warm but the water is
cold.
Poor circulation or air in
the pipe system.
Check to see if water is circulating
in the pipes.
Check to see if the bleeder valve is
operating properly. If required,
bleed manually.
The water supply is OK and
the power supply is OK. The
unit is warm but the water is
cold.
The circulation pump
may be blocked or
damaged.
If the circulation pump is blocked
or damaged, contact an
authorised professional.
The unit and the water is cold.
The circulation pump is not
operating properly.
The heating element or
the thermostat is not
functioning.
Switch off the power to the unit
and contact an authorised
professional.
The unit the water is cold and
the circulation pump is not
functioning.
The thermostat is not
functioning or the
thermal cut-out has been
triggered.
Switch off the power to the unit
and reset the thermal cut-out. If
this does not remedy the
problem, and contact an
authorised professional.
The fuse keeps blowing or the
residual-current circuit
breaker relay keeps tripping.
Electrical issues.
Switch off the power to the unit
and contact an authorised
professional.
