Start by fitting the wheels on the frame and secure
them with the supplied cotter pins.
B
With the frame horizontal, fit the support leg and
tighten with the supplied 8x70 bolts.
Push the locking pin for the drum into the guideway
and put together with the extension.
Remember to put the spring on and secure it with the
cotter pin.
C
Now turn the frame over and put the wheels on.
Remember to tighten all the bolts.
