General maintenance
•
Only qualified and trained personnel may service the pallet truck.
•
Before servicing the pallet truck, remove the load and lower the forks to the lowest
position.
•
Make sure the pallet truck cannot move before working on components that could
pinch fingers or hands if accidental movement occurs.
•
Use only approved and original spare parts.
•
Be aware that leakage of hydraulic fluid can cause malfunctions and accidents.
•
Pressure valve adjustments must be carried out by a qualified professional.
•
Waste materials such as oil must be disposed of and recycled in accordance with
national rules and, if necessary, taken to a recycling facility.
•
All bushings and bearings are factory lubricated. Regular maintenance is
recommended to prolong their life. Use a suitable lubricant and grease approx. once a
month.
•
Use in harsh environments may require more frequent maintenance.
