Outdoor kennel – Item nr. 90 40 020
Congratulations on your purchase of PL’s high quality outdoor kennel.
This rugged yet attractive kennel is designed to provide years of
dependable protection for your pet.
Please follow these simple instructions to insure the proper assembly.
NO tools are required.
Parts included:
9 side panels in two split
sections each
1 gate panel – in two split
sections
Panel connectors – 2 for each panel

Carefully unpack and remove the banding from
each of the bundles sections.
CAUTION; when cutting the banding that holds the
sections together,
DO NOT cut the BLUE colored banding on the gate section until assembly is
completed.

Assemble each panel section:
The top section of each panel is attached to the bottom section as shown here.
The “U” channel on the upper section will fit firmly over the wire mesh of the
lower section.
Once the two sections are properly connected they will be held in place with
the “button lock”.

Assemble the kennel:
Connect the panels using the connectors provided
with each panel.
Use the connector to first attach the bottom of each
panel and then make the upper connection as
pictured here.
One of the many advantages of this modular kennel is that the gate panel
may be positioned at the location of your choice; on either end or anywhere
on the sides. The unused 3
rd
leg of the connector should be positioned on
the outside of the kennel on both the top and the bottom panels.
The design feature accommodates potential future kennel expansion.
