1.Before charging, please check whether the rated voltage of batteries matches to output voltage of charger or not.
2. Turn on the machine
3. Make sure that the Clamp and appliance are connected.
4. The machine has the function of auto-identification of battery’s voltage.
5. Choose the Mode of machine: Starting, Charging, and Repairing
a. User is asked to connect the charger and batteries correctly while charging. There is no need to have someone be in
there when charging, the charger will adjust itself automatically.
b. User is asked to be there during repairing old batteries or low-duty batteries. The charging must be stopped as long
as the batteries raise high temperature.
6. Press the “Up or Down” button. Choose the charging or starting current range
7. When finished using, turn off and unplug the appliance.

Procedures not specifically explained in this manual must be performed only by a qualified technician.
TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY: Unplug the Power Pack, turn the Power Switch off and
allow Power Pack to cool completely before performing any inspection, maintenance, or
cleaning procedures.
1. BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of the Power Pack.
Check for:
• Loose hardware
• Cracked or broken parts
• Damaged electrical wiring or cable insulation
• Any other condition that may affect its safe operation
2. Keep unit clean and clamps free of dirt, debris, or grease.
3. For longer working life, protect Power Pack from sunlight and moisture.
4. AFTER USE, wipe external surfaces of the Power Pack with clean cloth.
5. CONTAINS NON-SPILLABLE, SEALED LEADACID BATTERY. BATTERY MUST BE RECYCLED.
