images to the PC

Reset the camera by removing
the batteries for 1 minute, then
put the batteries back and turn
on.
The video files are
very slow and bad
resolutions when
playing on my
computer

downloaded the latest version of
your media player, or try such
programs as VLC media player,
Windows media, QuickTime.
