2.  INSERTING & REMOVING THE BATTERY

OPERATION

1.   Align the ribs of the battery 

with the recess in below 

the handle.

1.   Press and hold the battery 

release tab and slide the 

battery out from the hedge 

trimmer.

2.   Slide the battery in so 

that it clicks into place.

Front Handle

1.   Place the front handle in position 

on the hedge trimmer. Ensure the 

handle lock is positioned on the 

right-hand side as the electrical 

contacts are connected correctly.

2.   Fit the screw in place and 

tighten securely while 

holding the handle lock in the 

closed position.

Note:

 Only tighten the 

screw with the handle lock in 

the closed position otherwise 

adjusting the front handle will 

not be possible.

3.   To adjust the front handle 

position, open the lock to loosen. 

Adjust into the desired position, 

close the lock to hold in desired 

position.

Note:

 Ensure the front handle 

lock is fully closed after making 

adjustment otherwise the motor will 

not start.
