STEP 1: Verify Package Contents

Verify package contents by emptying contents of bag(s) and confirming all parts are included and undamaged.
      

Tip: Do this at home before you leave on your trip.

        

STEP 2: Set Up the Tent
A) 

Select a smooth level site and spread out your tent.

B) 

Extend all of your poles and sort into groups by style i.e.roof center poles, roof side poles, leg poles, eave poles,

etc. This will simplify the assembly process. ( see fig. 1) 

C) 

Lay out the Center Roof Pole and Side Roof Poles as shown below (see fig.2).

(a) Take Center Roof Pole (CRPL-395BK),slide through the hub (TPM-120-2) by matching the white hub to 
the white locking into place (in the middle of CRPL-395BK). And then slide into the corresponding hubs by 
matching the red hub to the red locking into place.
(b) Take Side Roof Pole (RRPL-395BK/LRPL-395BK),slide through the hub (TPM-060-2) by matching the 
white hub to the white locking into place (in the middle of RRPL-395BK/LRPL-395BK). And then slide into the 
corresponding hubs by matching the red hub to the red locking into place.

THIS RECREATIONAL PRODUCT REQUIRES TWO ADULTS TO ASSEMBLE

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Unless otherwise specified all instructions will be given assuming the assembler is facing the front opening of the tent.

*

Carefully fold out your poles, using caution to prevent snapping the shock-cording. Make sure each pole segment is “seated” into 

the next

      

section before flexing the pole during set-up. Sort POLES by type and length; refer to parts list descriptions.

*     Do not drop tent pole bag.Do not bounce tent bag on its end to remove tent, as these actions may damage the shock-cording and/

or pole ends.

STEP 4: Add Accessories 

A) Hanging Shelf Unit:

 

 Fasten 

S-Hooks found at top of hanging shelf 

to corresponding number of loops 

located on tent’s inside corner.

B)

 Install Divider Curtain by 

matching its toggles to fabric loops 
on inside walls. 

A)

 Stake tent by driving stake through 

the pin-rings on base of tent. 

B)

 To secure guy lines, find the guy line 

plastic slider and look for the portion of 
the line opposite the knot. Pull this 
portion, forming a loop (works like a slip 
knot). Extend guy line to ground and 
stake. Repeat with remaining guy lines.

G)

 Attach Eave Poles to the rainfly by placing the pole 

ends in the pole pockets on underside of rainfly to 

secure the poles.  

H)

 Take the purple center Leg Poles (LPCA-171BK) 

and insert into the purple opening on hubs then insert 
ends onto pin-rings at tent base. Take the green side 
corner leg poles(LPSA-171BK) and insert into the green
opening on hubs then insert ends onto pin-rings at tent 
base. Tie the fabric ties around each leg pole to 
secure.

F)

 Take the Eave Pole (EPOL-30BK) and insert end 

into yellow taped opening on all six hubs. Drape 

Rainfly over tent.

I)

 Connect each S-Hook on the rainfly to 

the D-rings near top of corner leg poles.

      Tip: Stakes provided are for solid 
ground. Camping in sand? We suggest 
corkscrew style. Check favorite retailer for 
availability.

D) 

Slide Roof Gable Pole (RGPL-171BK) into the

corresponding hubs by matching the blue hub to the
blue locking into place. Repeat with all other Roof
Gable Poles.   

STEP 3: Stake the Tent

E) 

Position the tent body underneath the roof assem-

bly. Hook S-hooks on tent body roof to the holes in 

each corresponding hub. Also connect quick clips to 

the poles.

warranty. In such event, the consumer assumes cost of needed parts. Westfield Outdoor Inc is not responsible for normal wear and tear, zipper exhaustion, or the natural 
breakdown in materials that occurs with extended use.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WESTFIELD OUTDOOR IN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow 
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

* Make sure all doors are zipped nearly closed, leaving space to allow air to escape when repacking.
* Store all poles and stakes in their corresponding bags to prevent possible tearing or damage to fabric.

DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: Remove Rainfly
A) 

Detach S-Hooks and nylon fasteners that 

hold down rainfly. 

B) 

Take eave poles out from the pole pocket.

C)

 Fold the rainfly for storage.

STEP 2: Take Down the Accessories
A) 

Remove the Divider Curtain by detaching 

toggles from fabric loops. Fold for storage.

B)

 

Detach Shelf and the detachable floor by 

unhooking S-hooks from loops. Fold floor for 
storage. Place shelf in carry bag.

STEP 5: Fold the Tent

Fold tent into rectangular shape the width of pole 

bag. Place RFLY, FLOR, DVDR and gear loft on tent 

body. Lay pole bag at one end of tent and roll tightly 

together, slowly squeezing air out as you go.

STEP 3: Remove the Stakes

Carefully remove stakes by pulling out the hook 
ends.       

Tip: Do not pull or tug at the stake 

loops sewn onto the fabric body. 

Remove 

excess soil from the stakes and store them in 
their bag.

STEP 4: Take Down the Tent

A)

 Remove the leg poles from the pin-rings and 

undo ties securing leg poles.

B)

 Unfasten the S-hooks from hubs to remove tent 

fabric.

C)

 Disengage poles from hubs.

D)

 Carefully fold poles and store them in their bag.

      TIP:  Following these instructions will
make it easier to fit tent into bag.
