All These enclosure recommendations have been
calculated with the airspace inside and include the
displacement of the driver motor assembly (and port
in regards to ported enclosure types).
NOTE: Recommendations for volumes and
dimensions for all types of enclosures are intended
for use with a single woofer. If more than one woofer
is to be used, multiply the recommended volume by
the number of woofers you intend on using.

If you would like to use either enclosure, but the box designs we
provide you with (in this manual) do not fit your application because
of W, H or D, the designs can be modified. The shape of the
enclosure is not vital, but
The Volume Is . The volume of the design
you choose, must stay the same.
NOTE: Do not install a ported box with the port against a solid
surface. The port opening must remain unobstructed. The vent's
placement within the enclosure is also important. You must leave at
least 3” (76mm) between the vent and any inside wall.
