Once the image is focused, the endface can
be analyzed.

Image of endface after cleaning.

Light area is the connector ferrule.
Dark area is the cladding.
Small spot in middle of image is the core.

There are a few spots of debris on the ferrule
and cladding. It is recommended to clear off
this debris so it does not shift to block the
core.
