Maintenance

NOTE: Ensure The appliance is switched off and unplugged.

1. Any maintenance or changing of tubes must be done by a qualified electri

cian.

2. When unplugged and the heater has cooled down, use a damp cloth and a

non-corrosive cleaner to wipe the appliance.

3. When the appliance is off, clean and dry it, then store it in a safe place. Do

not store in a humid environment and ensure it is upright.

Reasons/solutions

Heater does not turn on.

The cord is faulty.
Power is switched off. Ensure the power

is on.

Plug is not properly connected to the

socket.

Lamp tube and cover has accumulated

dust. Use a soft cloth to clean.

Not much heat is being

generated.
