Tools needed:
Protective gloves.
• Inspect for damaged or missing logs. Replace as neces-
sary. Refer to log placement instructions below if necessary.
• Verify correct log placement and no

• Logs may be vacuumed gently.
Log Installation
Notch against grate
Figure 4.4 Place Left Front Log
• Place the left front log on the grate against the front of
the grate. Fit notch in log to grate bar as shown below.

• Place the rear log on the shelf against the appliance rear
wall. Position log as far back on the shelf as possible.
PUSH LOG TO BACK OF SHELF
• Place right front log on the grate against the front of the
grate. Fit notches into the bottom of the log to position
it as shown in Figure 4.5.
