To charge the battery, plug the 3-pole plug into the charging
receptacle of the z50. The charging receptacle is located on
the underside of the control panel.
The battery case is attached to the wheelchair frame with a special bag. Depending on the mounting
position, the bag is attached in front or behind the crossbrace. The size of the battery bag depends on
battery size (2 Ah or 6 Ah). For detailed instructions on the battery bag attachment, see technical data
tables.
The bag is provided with altogether eleven hook and loop flaps, allowing the bag position to be set
individually. Four flaps are located on each the left and right side of the bag and are hung on the upper
and lower frame tubes. The three last flaps are located on the rear side of the bag and are hung on the
crossbrace tubes, thus increasing the stability of the bag.
First attach the adhesive strips with hook surface
for hook and loop connection to the frame in the
spacing for the flaps. This will prevent the flaps from
slipping on the frame.
Then attach the flaps and tighten them.
Finally attach the flaps on the rear side of the bag
to the crossbrace. Make sure that the bag is firmly
attached.
