5 Preparing the product for use

5.1 Applying/removing the footshell
Putting on the footshell

2C100 changing device for footshell
1) Pull the Spectra sock over the prosthetic foot, avoiding any
wrinkles.
2) Slide the prosthetic foot into the footshell. Insert the carbon
spring into the slot on the toe insert (see fig. 3).
3) Push the prosthetic foot into the heel area of the footshell until it
locks into place (see fig. 5).
4) Place the connection cap on the footshell (see fig. 6).

Removing the footshell

1) Push the heel area of the footshell to the rear and pull the pros­
thetic foot up.
2) Remove the prosthetic foot from the footshell.
6 Use

Use of the product without shoes

6.1 Cleaning

Use of unsuitable cleaning agents or disinfectants
Impairment of functionality and damage due to incorrect cleaning

Only clean the product with the approved cleaning agents.

Derma Clean)
1) Clean the product with clear fresh water and a pH neutral soap.
2) Rinse the soap away with clear fresh water.
3) Dry the product with a soft cloth.
4) Allow to air dry in order to remove residual moisture.
7 Disposal
In some jurisdictions it is not permissible to dispose of the product
with unsorted household waste. Improper disposal can be harmful to
