Please complete the enclosed Product Registration Form and return it

1.
Remove all packing from box and lay on a solid surface.
2.
Grasp lamp upper section (C) and insert dowel (E) into connection
point (F) of base (A).
3.
Lay lamp on its side and insert the bolt (H) and washer (G) into the
hole in the bottom of base (A).
4.
Using a screwdriver or coin, tighten the bolt (H) until the lamp is
held firmly in the base.
5.
Connect the AC Adapter input (J) into connector (L) in the rear-
bottom of the lamp upper section (C).
6.
Plug the A/C adapter (K) into a standard household 120V AC
outlet.
Note: Only use with the supplied AC adapter to avoid
damage or fire.
7.
Turn the lamp ON & OFF using power switch (B) located in the front of
upper section (C). Power switch (B) is a “touch” switch that controls
the dimmer function for 3 levels of brightness.
8.
To power LED settings, slightly touch the switch to achieve the
following:
» turn lamp “ON” to first lower-brightness; touch the
switch “once”;
» for medium-brightness; touch the switch “twice”;
» for high-brightness; touch the switch “three-times”;
» to turn lamp “OFF”; touch the switch “four-times”.
9.
To position the lamp head (D) carefully bend the flex-neck (M) as
needed to point the light. Hold the base (A) while adjusting the
lamp.
10.
Lamp also includes a pivot joint (P) on lamp head (D). To
engage pivot joint (P) grasp upper-end of flex-neck (M)
and move lamp head (D) left to right as needed.
