Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter. Ensure that
the cord is not in a position where it can be pulled on inadvertently.

Do not allow the cord to touch hot surfaces and do not place on or near a hot
gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.

Use of an extension cord with this appliance is not recommended.
However, if it is necessary to use an extension lead, ensure that the lead is
suited to the power consumption of the appliance to avoid overheating of the
extension cord, appliance or plug point. Do not place the extension cord in
a position where it can be pulled on by children or animals or tripped over.

This appliance is not suitable for outdoor use. Do not use this appliance for
anything other than its intended use.

Do not carry the appliance by the power cord.

Before connecting the coffee maker to the mains, check that the voltage
matches the voltage on the characteristics plate, use a socket with an earth
connection.

Place the coffee maker on a flat surface, far from the edge of the working top
to avoid it getting knocked over by accident.

The glass pot is designed to be used with this coffee machine. Do not place
the hot glass pot on a wet or cold surface. Do not use the glass pot if is
cracked or the handle is loose.

Do not place hot glass pot on or near paper, cloth or other flammable
material.
l
Do not allow liquid to evaporate from glass pot. Do not heat glass pot when
empty.

Keep children away from the appliance

Do not touch the hot surface directly. Use handles or knobs.

Switch off and disconnect the coffee maker from the mains when not in use
and before cleaning. Allow it to cool down before placing or removing
parts.

In order to disconnect the coffee machine, set the switch to position “off” and
unplug the appliance.

This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications
such as:
- Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
- Farm houses;
- By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
