Ispezione e manutenzione

ATTENZIONE. Per prevenire infortuni:

•

Solo personale qualificato deve eseguire ispezioni e riparazioni del cavalletto.

•

Non usare le dita per applicare grasso al riduttore, poiché possono rimanere intrappolate

facilmente nell'ingranaggio a vite senza fine.

Ispezione

Prima di ciascun uso, un ispettore certificato deve eseguire

un'ispezione completa del cavalletto per individuare eventuali

deformazioni, incrinature, intaccature, fori allungati o viteria

mancante. Se si rilevano danni, interrompere l'uso.

Manutenzione

1. Ingrassare periodicamente il raccordo d'ingrassaggio (n.

36 nelle'elenco ricambi) sull'albero rotativo situato sul

montante interno.

2. Pulire periodicamente le ruote, sia fisse che girevoli, e

applicare grasso per basse temperature.

3. Mantenere l'ingranaggio a vite senza fine ben lubrificato.

Spennellare del lubrificante Molykote

G-N sul riduttore

dalla parte inferiore dell'alloggiamento mentre lo si fa

ruotare.

4. Usare solo i ricambi specificati nell'elenco ricambi riportato

in questo documento. I ricambi che figurano in questo

elenco sono stati collaudati e selezionati con attenzione

da US Service Solutions LLC.

Registrazione dell'ingranaggio a vite senza fine

Può essere necessario registrare periodicamente l'ingranaggio

a vite senza fine a causa dell'usura o in seguito alla

sostituzione di componenti. Per eliminare un eventuale gioco

dall'ingranaggio a vite senza fine, procedere come segue:

1. Rimuovere tutto il carico dal cavalletto.
2. Allentare la più piccola delle due viti di fermo a testa cava

(vedi Figura 4).

3. Girare in senso orario la più grande delle due viti di fermo

a testa cava fino a eliminare il gioco. Serrare quest'ultima

vite a una coppia di 8 N•m (70 in. lbs.).

4. Serrare la vite di fermo più piccola.

5. Girare la manovella finché la piastra di supporto non ha

ruotato di un giro completo.

6. Posizionare una chiave dinamometrica sul dado della

manovella, come illustrato nella Figura 4. La coppia

necessaria per azionare la manovella non deve essere

superiore a 7 N•m (60 in. lbs.).

Smaltimento

Al termine della vita utile del cavalletto, smaltirne i componenti

in conformità alle norme di legge.
