CPTX 270/CPTX 330

4.2 The transformer

The CPTX 270/CPTX 330 includes a motor insulation class "H", the primary and secondary

windings run electrically isolated from each other. The CPTX 270/CPTX 330 is designed for

a mains voltage of 3x400V.

4.3 Rectifier

The rectifier at the CPTX 270/CPTX 330 is manufactured from insertion diodes and heat

sinks and is used for rectification of the welding current.

4.4 Choke

The integrated inductance improves the dynamics of the power source CPTX 270/CPTX 330.

4.5 Control board

The existing control board controls the wire feed speed and allows the spot and interval

welding.

4.6 Wire feed mechanism with motor

The wire feed mechanism with a motor is used for the wire feeder. The corresponding

pressure of the feed rollers on the wire is adjusted by rotating the adjusting nut. For different

wire diameters, appropriate feed rollers to be used.

4.7 Electromagnetic gas valve

The electromagnetic gas valve controls the necessary gas supply. The corresponding

amount of gas pressure is adjusted with the pressure regulator.
