Guisantes - Comida de bebé
Rinde 1 ½ tazas
1 paquete (10 onzas [300 cm3]) de guisantes bebé congelados
¾ taza de agua
1. Cocine los guisantes en agua entre 10 y 15 minutos, o hasta que estén muy

tiernos, en una cacerola pequeña.

2. Coloque los guisantes y el líquido en la jarra.
3. Coloque la tapa a la jarra. Presione el botón “On/Off” y, a continuación,

el botón “Frozen Drinks”.

4. Retire de la jarra. Coloque en recipientes cubiertos.
5. Enfríe o congele de inmediato.

Panqueques de trigo y miel
Rinde 12 panqueques
1 1/3 taza de suero de leche descremado
2 huevos
2 cucharadas de miel
1 ½ taza de mezcla para hornear de suero de leche descremado
½ taza de harina de trigo integral
¼ taza de germen de trigo crujiente con miel
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
Mantequilla y jarabe para servir
