3.6 Connecting the unit to the power source
WARNING!
The unit must always be equipped with a type A or B, 30 mA residual current device (RCD).
Units without plugs must be installed with a safety switch, which must be mounted close by.
WARNING!
Units with plugs must be fused with a C10 A fuse.
WARNING!
Units without plugs must be fused with a 2x10 A fuse together with a 2,5 mm 2 conductor.
WARNING!
All electrical installations must be performed by a qualifi ed electrician.
WARNING!
The safety switch must not be used for normal starting and stopping of the unit.
Use the accompanying wireless display.
WARNING!
Check that the power cable is not damaged during mounting and installation.
WARNING!
All operations on the unit and its peripheral equipment must be performed in accordance with
local laws and regulations.
WARNING!
Ensure that there are no loose parts inside the unit and that the doors are closed and locked
before turning on the power.
Preparations:
No preparations are required.
1. If the unit has a plug, a C10 A fuse must be used.
2. If the unit does not have a plug, a 2x10A fuse together with a
2,5 mm 2 conductor must be used (heater and energy recovery unit).
3. Install a safety switch close to the unit.
NOTE!
The safety switch must not be used for normal starting and stopping of the unit.
