OPERATION GUIDE
To mix or Knead dough :
•
Suggestion flour and water at a ratio of 5 : 3.
•
Dry flour max: 800g
•
Use speed 1 for 1 minute then use speed 2 for 4 minutes
•
When filling the mixing bowl, do not exceed the maximum mixture quantity.
•
The dough blade or mixing blade should be used for this operation.
Whisking egg whites or cream
•
Switch on speed 6 to speed 8, whisk the egg whites without stopping for
about 5 minutes, according to the size of the eggs until stiff.
•
Maximum quantity of 20 eggs.
•
Minimum quantity of 3 eggs.
•
For the whipped cream, whip 250ml fresh cream at speed 6 to 8 for about 5
minutes. Do not exceed the maximum mixture quantity.
•
The egg beater should be used for whisking.
Mixing shakes, cocktails, or other liquids
•
Mix the ingredients according to the available recipe, from speed 1 to 8 for
about 5 minutes.
•
Do not exceed the maximum quantity in the mixing bowl.
•
The mixer beater should be used to mix the above.
•
Maximum operating time 4 minutes.
