• Apply clay into hexagon hole on Release Dummy
(B) and through hole on Pin Dummy (C).
• Tie lay-up material into groove on 4-hole adapter
(3) and over components.
• Apply outer PVA bag and pour resin.
• When curing has finished, grind down to
Release Dummy (7) and remove.
• Remove socket from plaster cast.
• Remove Bolt (2) in Pin Dummy (1) from inside
of socket with 4mm hexagonal key.
• Remove Steel Guide (6) and Silicone Seal (5).
• Use Hex Driver (9) and 8mm (5/16) socket
wrench to release Lock Dummy (4).
• Remove Pin Dummy (1) with 5mm hexagonal
key.
• Grind down to spacers on 4-hole adapter (3) and
remove all four silicone sealings.
• Insert appropriate locking component according
to instructions enclosed.
