Osmiler guarantees its products for one year from the date of purchase. Defects due to
material and workmanship defects will be repaired or replaced at Osmiler's expense
(including Osmiler retailers and dealers) if a convincing proof of purchase is
provided during the warranty period.
Osmiler recommends using genuine Osmiler brush heads for optimal performance. Using
other brush heads may damage your brush and limit your warranty service.

-brush head.
-Damage caused by using unauthorized replacement parts or unauthorized brush heads.
-Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration or unauthorized repair.
-Normal wear and tear, including debris, scratches, scrapes, discoloration or fading.
-Proof of purchase has been altered, defaced or removed.
All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty, nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries
shall be liable for any special, incidental, consequential or other damages based on breach
of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, tort or any other legal theory. Such damages
include, but are not limited to, lost savings or income, lost profits; loss of use; claims from
third parties, including but not limited to dentists and dental hygienists; the cost of any
alternative equipment or services. If the product needs to be returned to the retailer or
dealer for repair or replacement, the following items must be provided for the repair and
return of the product:
1.For warranty returns, include some form of proof of purchase, such as a mechanical
replica or a duplicate sales receipt. Make sure the date of purchase and product model
number are clearly legible. If the original has been sent, it cannot be returned;2.Send the
whole product;
3.Pack the product properly to prevent damage in transit. If possible, use original packing
materials.
4. Attach a description of what happened to the product. Include the name and address of
the location where the product is returned, printed or legibly printed, and a phone number
