Note:
The fix may involve reinstalling some parts of the Client application. Make sure the CD is in the
CD-ROM drive during the diagnosis and repair process.
If the
ABP Diagnosis
tool
encounters a non-fixable error, a message appears indicating that
the error cannot be fixed.

Click
Create Log
when the diagnosis is complete to create a log file and save it on your
workstation as a text file.

If you encounter non-fixable errors, e-mail the log file to the support team by clicking the
Log
button. Refer to

An e-mail program (for example, Microsoft Outlook) must be installed on your computer for
the Mail Log option to function.
•
Your personal information or patient data from your installation of the Client application is
NOT transmitted with this e-mail. Only details about the error encountered and relevant
data about the application are sent

Send
when the
dialog box opens to mail the log file to Spacelabs Medical Global
Product Support.
