Original User Warranty
BFR reels carry a conditional warranty for the original user. Within
five years of the original purchase, defects in workmanship or materials
will be repaired or replaced at Orvis’ discretion. This warranty does not
cover damage caused by negligence, lack of maintenance, or normal
wear and tear. For repair or replacement, reasonable parts and postage
charges may apply. Outside the UK, warranty claims should be directed
through your local BFR retailer or BFR distributor. In the UK, war-
ranty claims should be sent to the address listed below:
