MIDI CHANNEL SELECTION
The Midi system allows data on 16 different channels. In any Midi set-up, the Midi channels of the
transmitting and receiving equipment mus t match for appropriate data transfer.
The Midi default setting will transmit and receive on MIDI channel n. 1
NOTE -
The Midi In can be set in two different modes. When set in PNL (Panel) the Midi In
will work in the Midi Channel selected. When in INT (Internal) the Midi In will
receive from all the Midi Channels (but not from Midi Ch. 10).
The Midi Channel settings can be changed at any time.
To change the Midi Channels follow these steps:
1 - Press SET button - the Led is On -.
2 - Press the MIDI button. The display shows:

Press the STEREO PIANO sound button in the VOICE section. The display shows
the selected Midi Channel (Example Ch. 1):

Using the (/\) and (\/) DATA buttons it is possible to change the Midi channel (1 –
16).

Press the SET button and Led will automatically switch Off and the desired setting
stored.

RESET
If it should be necessary to completely erase the internal RAM memory, a reset feature is provided.

- Make sure that the instrument is switched off.
2 - Press and hold the (/\) and (\/) buttons
3
- Switch on the instrument while holding the two buttons down.
Do not reset the instrument if is not necessary. All your information will be automatically erased
from the internal RAM memory.
